Music is an incredible tool for so many life circumstances. Over 20 years ago, I begged my mom to play music during my Dad’s wake. She agreed. Of course, I begged for Frankie Valle and the Four Seasons, convinced that my father would have wanted it, but she choose some spiritual stuff that I had never heard before. When I complained, she said, “Donna, where your Dad is now, I don’t think he would mind.” Her words rang true and I never forgot how they made me stop, listen and observe how it brought so much comfort to our family and friends.
When it comes to spiritual music, there are many kinds of composers, but all are connected in one profound way…they are sharing from a deep place within their heart. Tim Janis is an amazing talent that I have had the pleasure of working with. He is not only tuned in to another realm, he is also grounded here on Earth and mixes and blends his music to put us in tune as well. Enjoy this video clip from the album, which is my favorite, as you might know if you have visited my Positive Manipulation site!
