In order to reach your highest potential, you need to understand that a clean body will lend itself to a clear mind. Without your physical self being in its purest form, you can’t possibly become the best you can be. There are many nuances to the human body and therefore many ways to rid yourself of negativity so it is the quickest, and believe it or not, easiest way to start your New Day. No matter what condition you are in, understand that helping your physical self will radically improve the rest of your life.
The following outline will show some of the philosophies, habits and techniques that have brought healing and health into my physical life. It will constantly change as I experiment and learn more, making it a perennial page of techniques for you to explore. Some will have an in-depth explanation and others will not, depending on how far I have researched. My advice is to take what you feel will help your journey, and then go to the next level by investigating and studying on your own. Please write and share what works for you on our blog.
